Dedicated microprocessor-based instrument for the experimental determination of mass moment of inertia GuoY. 2020 Many experiments carried out in the laboratory are involved with taking numerous experimental readings, counting, timing and carrying out repetitive calculations. The result is that the experiments become a repetitive data collection and presentation exercise, detracting from the value of the practical work. The aim of this project was to produce a dedicated microprocessor-based system to monitor four simple experiments performed by first-year students in the laboratory, thus removing the tedious error-prone part of the work from the students.
