Power handling of a photoconductive microwave switch Emma K. Kowalczuk Rob Seager Chinthana Panagamuwa 2134/24324 https://repository.lboro.ac.uk/articles/conference_contribution/Power_handling_of_a_photoconductive_microwave_switch/9556016 The power handling performance of a photoconductive microwave switch up to an RF input power of 44dBm (25W) is presented. The switch consists of a lightly doped die of silicon mounted over a gap in a transmission line. A 2GHz signal is applied through the switch and the 1dB compression point is analysed. 2017-03-07 13:46:38 Photoconductive switch Optical control Fiber optic Silicon Linearity Microwave switch Reconfigurable antenna Mechanical Engineering not elsewhere classified
