The glass building of John Lewis provides the appearance of transparency and openness, which reflects the attribution of modern glazing. Similarly it is difficult to use a single hue or tone to explain the colour effects. A transparent curtain wall can be understood as colourless, but at the same time, it can see all the colours through it. The colours inside and reflection of opposite buildings and trees that composite a complicated visual image of the glass wall.
