Drivers less than 160 cm in height are shown to have a significantly higher than average probability of AIS 2+ head and AIS 2+ pelvis and lower extremity injury. Subject trials have been used to establish the seating preferences of small stature drivers together with a comparison group drawn from the population as a whole.
