Water supply surveillance - a reference manual

The purpose of this manual is to present the methods employed in the implementation of surveillance of water supplies in urban areas, particularly those of developing countries and to outline the strategies necessary to ensure that surveillance is effective. It is also concerned with developing linkages between surveillance and improvements in water supply.
