Employability

In this chapter, I present an overview of academic and practical work with respect to employability. The goal is to explore how the concept of employability (and tools and techniques related to it) can have practical utility in career interventions, career counseling, and career management. Because employability resources are used in a variety of interventions related to career counseling, I aimed to create a practitioner-oriented review of a range of measures, case studies, and publications, as well as to indicate a range of available academic and commercial resources for promoting employability.
