Fane, Elizabeth
Elizabeth, Lady Fane (also Vane; née Brydges) (c. 1510–1568), was an English writer, religious radical, and literary patron. She is memorialized in John Foxe’s Acts and Monuments for her hospitality to Protestant reformers and martyrs.
