A new membrane system was built to achieve tunable and precision spherical agglomeration of pharmaceuticals. The new process is scalable and allows enhanced control of the bridging liquid droplets and more effective and consistent spherical agglomeration at a lower bridging liquid to solid ratios, making the process more cost effective and environmentally friendly.
