Engineering of Sport 15 - Proceedings from the 15th International Conference on the Engineering of Sport (ISEA 2024)

For club fitting, it is important to consider not only the characteristics of the club but also the golf swing. We will suggest the custom-made club by diagnosing the swing, and we focused on cooperative actions (CA) as characteristics of golf swings. In previous study singular value decomposition (SVD) has been used to extract CA, and we analyzed CA of individual golfers and clarified the differences in the CA using stick diagrams. In this study, we introduced correlation coefficients to assess the similarity of CA for different golf swings.
