Engineering of Sport 15 - Proceedings from the 15th International Conference on the Engineering of Sport (ISEA 2024)

Wheelchair Mobility Performance (WMP) measures are becoming increasingly important in wheelchair court sports practice.  In this study, the improved AHRS algorithm is used for estimating wheelchair frame rotational speed based on a wheel sensor, to compare those data with the directly measured frame rotational speed, during match play at the highest level of wheelchair tennis.
