The purpose of this paper is to document and share the
lessons and experiences of ISWIP (Implementing Sustainable
Water Services Institutions Programme), focusing on
KwaZulu-Natal (KZN), a province located on the east
coast of South Africa. Other ISWIP projects elsewhere in
the country are also briefly discussed.
