Managing water supply and sanitation projects in Nigeria

The focus of this paper is on the management of rural water supply and sanitation sub-sector, which has been identified as one of the major factors contributing to the low-level of access in the country. The management of the sub-sector which cover; planning, organizing, coordinating and providing effective leadership for sustainable development is observed to be poor.
