Millimeter-wave dual beam corrugated substrate integrated waveguide based leaky wave antenna

This article presents a leaky-wave antenna (LWA) with a dual sinusoidal slot array loaded on top of a corrugated substrate integrated waveguide (CSIW) with a cut-off frequency of 20 GHz. The proposed LWA is shown to operate at a frequency band of 22 to 30 GHz, with an efficiency >75% , gain >14dBi and side lobe level <10dB . The proposed antenna is suitable for beyond-5G and satellite communication applications.
