Central fatigue has been linked to elevated core temperature and integration of sensory afferent feedback from high skin (Tsk) or ambient (Ta) temperature (Tsk), and humidity (rH). However, the independent sensory effects of muscle temperature (Tm) via muscle afferents on muscle activation (ACT%) remain unclear.
