conference contribution
posted on 2018-02-12, 15:07 authored by Keith Richardson, Roger B. HarrisFaced with a neglected, malfunctioning, inefficient or broken down water supply system there is a temptation to overlook the option in favour of replacement. Additionally the efficiency and treatment capacity of existing works can be often significantly improved by introducing new management or operational techniques.
