The video shows the artist balling her sons school socks in slow motion with the caption 'A woman will ball a sock 30,000 times in the time it takes to raise three children' at the bottom of the screen. The video was shown as a part of the installation A Mother's Love's Labour's Lost in 2020 in the 'Landed' exhibition at Loughborough University and was part of the practice-led research for the thesis Matricentric Drawing: Performative autoethnographic Strategies for Reproductive Work and Maternal Thinking as a Single (M)other 2025.
