This video is part of a series that show the working of the Hygrothermal Test Facility (HTF) at the sir Frank Gibb laboratory at the school of Architecture, Building and Civil Engineering.
In the video the fan plenum of the heating and cooling unit of the exterior chamber is shown, first at normal speed and then slowed down 8x. The fans drive the heated or cooled air from an external plant through the space towards the test wall and create an even hygrothermal condition throughout the chamber.
