Inclusive Menopause Digital Story 02

Digital story created as part of the Inclusive Menopause Charnwood project.

Charnwood Health and Wellbeing Partnership and Loughborough University have joint efforts with the ambition to make Charnwood a Menopause Inclusive Community. This study explored the issue through generating stories from those with lived experience to better understand the needs and issues around menopause.

Holly Turpin, a Doctoral Researcher and University Teacher from the Storytelling Academy at Loughborough University, facilitated this digital storytelling workshop. Members of the community shared their stories, and storyboarded what images they would like to accompany their audio recorded stories. Following this, Holly created the final digital stories using the materials created in the workshop.
