These are photographs and explanatory text from the interdisciplinary design-based Highways project 'Notaroundabout' sponsored by Kent County Council as part of John Atkin's role as Lead Artist for the "Breaking Boundaries" shared space highways project for KCC. The partners were John Atkin, Turkington Whitelaw, Jacobs, Ashford Borough Council, Champions Group Kent, All Steel Fabrications and CABE, RKL Public Art Consultants.
