The Repository Manager’s Guide to Making Wonderful Things Accessible

The rise of Open Research has found many librarians scrambling to accommodate an ever-increasing variety of file formats in their repositories. In the effort to make things FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, reliable), thoughts around accessibility seem to stretch to software, paywalls and web platforms but do not go into the realm of making files accessible for those with disabilities. This guide is my attempt to fill that need.
