This coir is kind of like a barrier that needs to crossed with our stakeholder when we are using FOSS [Free and Open Source Software] – it is permeable, but it takes time to get through it. The green piece is the very useful, good aspects. The black one represents that sometimes there is some resistance, for example when the teachers say that Big Blue Button is not working properly, so we end up doing a lot of other things like a guide on how to use it.
