Social change is like a house – well everybody’s ambition in life is to have a house. With a lot of difficulties, they can achieve it. A house means happiness, contentment, security. A house is made of lots of different components. You have to pull it together and make it strong. But once it is done it will be very useful.

This is a very strong house, built by the community. Our organisation is offers the architecture, and in order to be building together as a community they need some social change.

Development is more like the infrastructure, the material. Social Change is more like about people and culture, respect. Social change is one of the important components to development.
