FIFA Perception of Playing Surfaces Questionnaire

Questionnaire used in 2012/13 to obtain elite football players' perceptions of different playing surfaces used in the game. The questionnaire was completed by over 1000 players from across the world. Data analysis and results have been published in a series of journal articles.

The document contains in-built functionality which prevents progression to the next section unless all questions have been answered. In addition, the visibility of some questions is dependent on previous answers whilst combinations of illogical responses may be prevented.

Finalizing the questionnaire launches a pop-up option to email the results to one of the investigators. The email address, however, is no longer valid.
