Here we see a peg with a fabric hair band pinned in between the peg. The peg represents the people in the community while the fabric hair band are the project funders, donors and/or NGOs. Sometimes when people try to speak up or ask questions when they notice something is off about the project, some organizations shut them up or close their mouths.
