Our organisation is like scissors, cutting through the barriers. The scissors are like the interventions, and the hand is our organisation, the staff. For some interventions it is easy to cut through, like butter, but some are not easy. The soft ball represents that our organisation has a soft spot for young people. Our organisation fights for the rights of the minorities, represented by all the colours.
