Deliverable D7 – Workshop ISAAC 2002 including Internal Deliverable i8 - Simulator Study Report and additional evaluation activities

The following report describes the results of evaluation activities carried out during the development phase of the simulated web browser developed by the WWAAC project. The evaluations were conducted over a period of 6 months from April 2002 and consisted of three components: • Expert Evaluations • Preliminary User Evaluations • User Workshops The methodology for the evaluations can be found in Nicolle, Poulson, and Clarke (Sept. 2001 and updated Nov. 2002), which includes Internal Deliverable i3 – Simulation Study Setup. However, it must be noted that a certain amount of flexibility was needed in the use of evaluation methods and techniques and this methodology had to adapted to the diverse situations and characteristics of the users.
