This P-LD insights report provides a summary of an Implicit Association Test (IAT) conducted to investigate potential unconscious biases related Age, Gender, Education, Location, and Job Roles on people's proficiency with digital technologies in the UK workplace. Biases were examined across five sectors: Manufacturing, Information Technology, Retail, Finance, and Architecture/Construction with 1028 people participated in an online experiment conducted in 2023-24. Ethics for the study is approved by University of Bath.
