Positivity of cycle classes on linear blowing-ups

We study higher (co)dimensional algebraic cycle classes on linear blowing-ups through the magnifying glass of positivity. Specifically, we address the question of linear generation of cones of (pseudo-)effective classes on projective spaces blown up along general linear subspace arrangements. Various instruments are tailored for this purpose.
