Pancreatin is a dried powder prepared from animal pancreas. Pancreatin has
proteolytic, lipolytic and amylolitic activity and is important in many industries
such as hide-leather, detergent, food industry and pharmaceuticals.
There are great demands for inexpensive methods to extract pancreatin. [Continues.]
