cost design of in-situ, reinforced concrete frames, comprising of beam
and column elements. The design process is governed by the Code of
Practice for Structural Concrete CP110, from which details including
manipulation of characteristic loading, methods of analysis and the
provision of reinforcement have been obtained. [Continues.]
