Fluorescent immunoassay methods are being developed in an
attempt to overcome some of the disadvantages of radioimmunoassay
(R.I.A.) when the extreme sensitivity of R.I.A. is not required.
This work was an investigation into the possibility of producing
a viable fluorescent immunoassay technique. [Continues.]
